Tender Conditions The Shenzhen Zhonglong Food Co., Ltd. Office Building, Employee Dormitory Extension, and No.1 Factory Building Project (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") has been approved for construction by the Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Project No.: 2011-440300-01-03-70089801). This Project now meets the conditions for tendering of pile foundation testing. In accordance with the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," and relevant local laws, regulations, and rules, public tendering is hereby conducted for the pile foundation testing of this Project. II. Project Overview and Tender Scope 1. Construction Location: No. 135 Longxing North Road, Longtian Subdistrict, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, within the Shenzhen Zhonglong Meat Food Industrial Park. 2. Number and Bearing Capacity of Piles: Total of 180 piles; other requirements as specified in the tender documents. 3. Construction Period: To meet the requirements of civil engineering construction and acceptance. 4. Quality Requirements: To meet design, specification, and government authority requirements. III. Bidder Qualification Requirements 1. This tender requires bidders to be legally qualified pile foundation testing units with local business operation qualifications, with engineering performance of similar scale within the past three years, and with corresponding testing capabilities in personnel, equipment, and funds. 2. This tender requires the management personnel proposed by the bidder for this Project to meet the requirements of local government authorities and have no adverse records. 3. Qualification review of bidders for this Project shall adopt the post-qualification method. 4. Consortium bids are not accepted for this tender. IV. Bid Registration and Qualification Requirements Any bidder with corresponding bidding qualifications and intent to bid shall bring the following materials to the Administrative Department of Shenzhen Zhonglong Food Co., Ltd. Acquisition of Tender Documents: The tenderee will send the tender documents by email to qualified registrants after preliminary evaluation on November 10, 2020. VI. Submission of Bid Documents 1. The deadline for submission of bid documents (bid submission deadline, same below) is 17:00 (Beijing Time) on November 18, 2020, at the Administrative Department of Shenzhen Zhonglong Food Co., Ltd. Bid documents delivered after the deadline or not delivered to the designated location may not be accepted by the tenderee. VII.
